Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 1/3 Cup Milk
- Toppings like bananas, strawberries, blueberries, honey, Nutella, Peanut Butter etc.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on low speed until well combined and smooth.
- Heat a skillet or crepe pan over medium-high heat.
- Grease lightly with butter.
- Pour a small amount of crepe batter (3-4 Tablespoons) into the pan, and move the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter.
- Cook for about thirty to sixty seconds or until the top of the crepe is no longer glossy, and it’s easy to slide a spatula under the edge of the crepe
- Flip using a thin crepe spatula and cook another fifteen to thirty seconds.
- Remove from pan and Serve!
